Why Am I Still With IX Webhosting?
For online business owners like me, downtimes are one thing we must avoid at all costs. That is because if a site fails to work as we expect it, then we can lose much money in the process. But having my feet set on the ground, I can say that most web host companies suffer from down times even if they say otherwise. The thing you should look into is not the number of features included in a cheaply priced package but the kind of customer support you get from the hosting company. With IX hosting, I am pretty satisfied with what I got and that is one of the best reasons why I am still sticking with them.
IX Hosting Review
I am not a big believer of online reviews simply because there are many around that have been funded by marketers. Of course, when reviews come from direct customers, then I tend to read on… I want to share my experience with IX hosting because I want other people to know that the money they pay is real worth it with this company. I am not talking about the many features included in the hosting package (as you basically get the same from many others) but I want to focus more on the kind of service they give after sign up. With IX hosting, customers like me are given high priority and I was able to prove this when I kept bugging their support team with my questions. Amazingly, though, they always manage to answer my concerns and this is one quality I value most.
A little shaky at times
When I was starting out, I decided to go for IX Webhosting since they offered the most competitive ratesI experienced some down time issues with IX hosting but I think all host companies experience this issue at one time or another. What made IX hosting stand out is that they responded to my complaints immediately. I had to call them up and send some emails but in the end, I got the support and response I wanted. I just think that down time rebates must be offered, though. Overall, I can say that I like what I get out of their low-priced package and that is enough for me.
Security Breach!!!
As a proud owner of an online store, I am very much concerned about security. I receive payments online and I don’t want my customers complaining about their private information being compromised, otherwise I’ll go out of business.
One lesson I learned the hard way is because of IX Webhosting. I am just thankful it happened when I just had a few customers. My site which was then being hosted by IX Web hosting was hacked and became inaccessible. I had to inform my clients to take precautionary measures like changing credit card numbers, and sadly, I lost some because of that incident.
I hope IX Webhosting does something about their security especially when customers like me want to stay under service but are given second thoughts because of such issues. Anout the only thing I can say is that they assisted me to run down the problem, but it was a lot of work.
A Lifelong Commitment
I am officially a loyal and satisfied customer of IX Webhosting and I don’t have any plans of switching to other companies anytime soon or in the future. As a newbie web designer, I yhave been able to easily establish my site through the web builder.

A Returning Customer
The first time I signed up for IX Webhosting, I thought I was not getting the best deal so I decided to go for a web hosting service that is offering a cheaper price. To my dismay, the amount of money I saved is incomparable to the amount of revenue I lost because of switching to another provider. (I am leaving a review on that provider here is well…)
That is why I decided to go back to IX Webhosting. They can still improve on other aspects like security and customer support, but I am definitely more content with the way they are handling my site. I am hopeful that in time, they will be able to iron out a few things and become one of the best in the business.
Excellent Service from Start to Finish
IX Web hosting is a very great company and I highly recommend it to my friends. I am a novice when it comes to setting up a website and the support staff I spoke with was able to walk me through placing my order.
When I was about to set up my site, I also got excellent service and did not need to hire a web developer because I was able to set up my site on my own through IX Webhosting’s web builder.
Now, I still need support from time to time and the people from IX Web hosting are always there to provide excellent customer service. Keep it up!
Almost Left IX Webhosting
I signed up for a full year contract with IX Webhosting, thinking that I am getting the most features for only $6.95 a month. During the first month however, I had encountered some technical and security issues with them. I almost changed my mind and wanted to jump to another host company but in the end, I decided to stick with IX since they promptly responded to my concerns. If they wouldn’t have responded so quickly, I would have signed up under another company making them lose one loyal customer. Overall, I would give them a rate of 8, with 10 being the highest.
After looking at virtually all of the different hosts on this web page I decided to go with IX Web Hosting, and I am pleased that I did. Without a doubt up-time has not been a hundred percent, however, virtually no web hosting provider can maintain that. IX as a company is trustworthy and explains difficulties head on and in a relatively timely fashion. I have spotted a good number of points pertaining to their customer support that can potentially undergo some changes, nevertheless I have only good things to say about it. I also observed that they just recently appointed an entirely different customer care crew or something. At any rate it appears to be working effectively and as I mentioned earlier IX was the best choice for me.

I wanted to share my personal experience with IX Web hosting. Recently I was looking around at web hosting – I am always ready to look at any way to better my online business. Because of my successes over the last couple of years, I have finally had the courage to quit work and spend my days in setting up an online business. Thus, I need to make sure that I make all the right decisions in order for me to succeed. I can’t go wrong or I’m going to find myself in the streets.
I am thankful that IX Web hosting has lived up to its promise and has helped me out from the beginning. I have been with them for three years now and the excellent level of service I have been getting haven’t deteriorated over the years – although the price increased a few times. They aren’t perfect, but I know from other reviews on other hosts, it can be pretty bad. All of my hosting will be done with IX, unless something changes in the service.
